ALUMNI HELPED HINGHAM HIGH SCHOOL WIN $20,000

Dear Alumni,

As many of you may not know, the high school has placed in the top ten in a contest put on by National Geographic and Sunchips. If we win we will get $20,000 to install a greenhouse and begin a number of new programs within the classes at the high school.

Now, it's up to our community to help us win! We had more comments posted from the last round than any other entry, and we know that we can also get more votes than any other entry with your help!

Because of all who voted and over 300 Alumni did so - Hingham High School is one of 5 Green Effect Winners from across the country.

Hingham High will receive a $20,000 award - which we believe will go towards the building of a Greenhouse for students at the High School.
