If you have troubles logging in chances are you're using the AOL browser, what happens is AOL issues another IP Address everytime you refresh or change pages. This is not just a problem here but throughout the entire internet.

Fix

Connect to the internet as you normally do and then use Internet Explorer instead of the AOL browser.
